Please book this appointment before your very 1st initial appointment. If you book an appointment without consultation, your appointment will be canceled.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel an appointment please do it 24-48 hours ahead of time. If you cancel after that time, services will be denied for future appointments unless payments for the next two appointments are paid in advance.
